These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of factimo.com and its related services (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Oryxan Solutions Ltd., an International Business Company incorporated in Saint Lucia with Registration Number 2025-00685 ("Company", "we", "us" or "our").

You must accept these Terms before using the trading services. If you do not agree, you must not use those services. If you act on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
Please read these Terms carefully. You must accept these Terms and the DPM Protocol Rules and Disclosures before using the trading services. By accepting them, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the trading services.
You must satisfy the eligibility requirements and comply with the territorial and sanctions restrictions applicable to the services, including those set out in the DPM Protocol Rules and Disclosures. You must not trade on behalf of a person prohibited from using the services. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access as described in these Terms.
Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of the entire amount committed and applicable fees.
We provide access to prediction market functionality supplied by DPM Global, Inc. (the "Provider"). Use of this functionality is subject to the DPM Protocol Rules and Disclosures made available through the Platform (the "Protocol Rules"). Each event-based contract (a "Contract") is also subject to its published event-specific rules (the "Market Rules").
The Protocol Rules and applicable Market Rules form part of these Terms for the services they govern and must be available before you trade. You must read and acknowledge the Protocol Rules and review the applicable Market Rules before trading.
Your contractual relationship under these Terms is with the Company. The Protocol Rules govern access to and use of the underlying services and prevail over these Terms for that subject matter in the event of a conflict. Market Rules govern individual events, subject to the Protocol Rules. The Provider's exclusions of liability do not extend to the Company merely because the Protocol Rules are incorporated here. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
You must be at least 18 years old, or any higher age required in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of accepting these Terms. You must meet the territorial, sanctions and other eligibility requirements in the Protocol Rules and any applicable verification requirements. You must not act on behalf of a person prohibited from using the services.
You must provide accurate and current information and use the Platform only where lawful. Website availability or successful registration does not establish eligibility. You must not circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.
Fraud, money laundering, market manipulation, unlawful use of confidential information, misleading information, unauthorized access and interference with the Platform are prohibited. The applicable prohibited-conduct provisions in the Protocol Rules also apply.
Protect credentials under your control and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity to [email protected].
You independently decide whether to trade and how much to commit. Before submitting an order, check the selected outcome, price, amount, fees and Market Rules.
Submission does not guarantee acceptance, immediate execution or full execution. Depending on the supported order type and available liquidity, orders may execute partially, remain open, be rejected or expire. Prices may change before execution. Limit orders remain subject to their specified price limits.
